You are looking at an American Flyer 6-48357 Disney Winnie the Pooh boxcar. This was one of a few cars released in a Flyer-Disney series about 12 years ago. 
This one is really neat--the car features UNIQUE ARTWORK on each side. This is not a common practice in mainstream toy trains, but it really gives you so much more on this car. Each side is different, so it is like having two different cars!
